Our client can expect (specific but not limited to): In depth understanding of their business key performance indicators empowering them to focus on the right targets first time. We visit the client's premises to meet, collect and deliver work. No assignment is too small, too big or complicated. We are committed in offering services to maximize value and increase measurable benefits. Our objectives are to cultivate an attitude of interest and awareness by motivating participation methodologies to transfer understanding and knowledge our clients. Unless instructed otherwise we may, where appropriate, communicate with our clients via email or by other electronic means. With electronic communication there is a risk of non-receipt, delayed receipt, inadvertent misdirection or interception by third parties. In terms of financial reporting and presentations etc. SMEAAS is a registered practice and is bound by Code of Professional Conduct. Therefore allegations of improper conduct against SMEAAS registered practice can be raised with the responsible member: Jeanet Human. However if such allegations of improper conduct is not resolved to the satisfaction of the client, allegations can be brought to the direct attention of ICSA and or SAICA. In order to carry out services as requested by the client and for related purposes such as updating and enhancing SMEAAS client records, analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, legal and regulatory compliance and crime prevention SMEAAS may obtain, process, use and disclose personal data about clients. Fees may depend not only upon the time spent on client's affairs but also on the level of skill, responsibility, the importance, value of the service and advice provided, as well as the level of perceived risk. Fixed fees are negotiated based on short and long term requirements and are tailor made for each client's requirements. Fees are exclusive of VAT and are payable on Invoice.
