Our Scottish Salmon and export quality Tuna is the very same that is used in our sushi menu. We only use prime quality cut beef, Swiss trimmed and matures for 2 weeks. All our beef is charcoal grilled on an open flame with our homemade basting. All our desserts are homemade on a daily basis using only the freshest ingredients. Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi which is made visibly fresh on the premises and is proving to be extremely popular in conjunction with the restaurants amazing renovation. The emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables.
